Everyone suffers from poor working memory. Whether you get distracted by something else as you are reading this, get bored or start to daydream in a tangent, we all must work hard to reduce processing information.

I've become obsessed with memory, not because it appears to be the latest education fashion on English education Twitter, but because it's the one thing I wish I was taught as a new teacher back in the 90s - and I'm still making up for it.
