Ross' second book, Teacher Toolkit: helping you survive your first 5 years (2015) is popular with new teachers and was Ross's first bespoke volume of work with artists Jean Jullien and influencer, Polly Nor.
Ross' third book reached international success, and pre-printed copies sold out before the publication date! Today, Mark Plan Teach (2017) has also sold over 25,000 copies across the world and has made Ross, Bloomsbury’s most successful education author, ever! His fourth book, Just Great Teaching, is a 'slow burner' slowly revolutionising how school leaders think and work. Ross's updated copy of Mark Plan Teach 2.o published in January 2021 shares his experiences of sharing MPT 1.0 with 30,000 teachers across the world.
