I’ve led teacher training events for 15+ years. Doing this professionally as a job, having led 600+ keynotes and/or teacher training events, you can imagine I have a well-refined methodology to ensure success.
This resource provides the script I use when meeting with colleagues online to establish clear goals for forthcoming physical events – exclusively to lead teacher training sessions or present keynote at education conferences. Whilst the planning call may last between 15 and 45 minutes, I use this template to guide my conversations, annotating key messages during the planning session or immediately after the meeting.
