How can we foster staff and pupil growth mindset?
Many of us understand the basics of growth mindset and why it is fundamental for development. However, there is still the belief in some, that our qualities are carved out in stone and not variable. How can we shift this thinking?
To understand the theory behind growth mindset, I read Dweck's Mindset: How you can fulfil your potential (2006). I was convinced already about how impactful having a growth mindset is, but did not have enough background information to argue my case effectively.
