In this resource, I’ve turned to Amplifying Activities for Great Experiential Learning’ (Moore & Hudson, 2022).
The book has 37 ideas inside, and it has inspired me to think about some of the pastoral activities educators provide to young people, in and outside of formal school. For example, tutor time, assemblies, summer camp and enrichment activities. I’ve selected a range of ideas and referenced relevant academic research, helping schools support teachers, parents and community outreach workings in supporting young people.
