Which bloggers in all sectors of life, are influencing the United Kingdom?

In August 2019, I was listed by Vuelio for having one of the most influential blogs on education in the UK. On 22nd November, the award ceremony was held in London.

Which blogs influence you?

Online Influence Awards Winner Badge 2019It is flattering to be recognised by people working outside of your profession. In this case, Vuelio provide the UK’s awards for ‘online influence’ took to celebrate the best social media creators and commentators from news to business, technology to fashion and education!

The awards gathered 300 of the biggest names in blogging, vlogging, podcasting and Instagramming, who together have a combined social media reach of over 30 million! I was honoured to be shortlisted for education, and to win!

Teachers who blog, help other teachers…

I started blogging in 1998, but began blogging as ‘@TeacherToolkit’ in 2007. Twelve years later, is wonderful to see a whole community of teachers gathering online, sharing problems and solutions to better the teaching profession. You can discover more of my awards for blogging in the field of education. You can imagine why this is now my full-time work and is informing my research at Cambridge University… As ever, thank you for reading and for your support.
