Lucy Welzel

Lucy is currently working as a SENDCo in Devon school. She has worked in leadership roles in safeguarding, behaviour, SEND and attendance as well as working in an SLE role as a Maths Specialist. She has a passion for problem solving and has delivered workshops on the topic for ATM at their annual conference. Teaching is Lucy's second career having previously been a solicitor. She liked the legal world but wanted to do something more rewarding. So far she has not been disappointed!
