This month’s webinar offers teachers with a methodology for improving teaching and learning systems across departments, teams and whole-school.

I will talk you through how schools are building a successful culture and ethos for teachers to thrive, and the process involved in all teachers having a say.

What will you learn?

Key approaches required to provide the conditions for teachers to be able to develop teaching coherence, not consistency.


To instil a culture of reflection in departments, teams or across the school.


This webinar will explain how schools are putting in place the mechanics to be able to do so. I will share a 9-point cultural plan and a series of templates to enable you to lead others in departments or across the organisation.


This training is offered exclusively to website members and is an online webinar session presented via Zoom. Ticket holders will receive the signup hyperlink via email before the session starts.

What is included?

  • The training is £5.00 (including 20% VAT)
  • No resources will be shared other than the video recording as members will already have the tools.


What do I need for the training? You need a reliable internet connection. You do not need to download any software. If you miss the live session for whatever reason, the video will still be shared with you.

How does the webinar work? During the training, the host will share their screen, video and audio in a webinar so that attendees can use the chat or question and answer options to interact with the host and other panellists. Attendees are view-only participants who can be unmuted if the host chooses. Their view of the webinar is controlled by the host. They can interact with the host and the panellists through the Q&A and the chat.

Can I access the video after the event? The host reserves the rights to hold the recording and audio footage. This will be circulated to all paid clients after the event.
