Workload is often associated with teacher mental ill-health, rather than having too much work!

Supported by various fields of research, plus my own work from Just Great Teaching (2019), I’ve created this resource to signpost key principles I’ve learned in order to work less and profit more from time. This resource is designed to support teacher wellbeing rather than a tool for the classroom.
