Description

How do teachers pose the right type of question at the right time? How can they encourage students to keep their hands down, ready to respond? How does a teacher insist on thinking first, then ‘show me’ you have? These questions and more I pose to help teachers think about how they can develop a culture of trust which is evident in the number of mistakes or risks (taken without fear) in their classrooms.
