This post is a seasonal twist on marking and teacher workload. Let Me Mark is an adaptation of Let It Snow!

This is an annual co-blog, featuring a singing performance by headteacher @RachelOrr. The lyrics have been adapted by @TeacherToolkit.

Oh, the workload is becoming frightful,
But the head is so delightful.

Let me mark! Let me mark! Let me mark!

As long as you have the marking spark;
Let me mark! What a lark! Le me mark!

    ‘Throw out grades’ do we sing.
    Let’s keep efforts sharp as a tack;
    Good feedback, good feedback, good feedback!
